Pentrefelin Dairy
Our milk comes from Pentrefelin, an independent dairy farm in Denbigh that cares about animal welfare and looking after the local environment. All cows are pasture-fed, and calves are kept with their mothers during the milking process.

Our delicious cakes are sourced from independent provider Ty Becws (The Bakehouse), a bakery based just off the island in Caernarfon. Ty Becws use local suppliers for all their stock, supporting Welsh businesses.

All of our fruit and veg are supplied by Gwynedd-based, family-run business Oren Foods. Oren supply us with fresh, organic produce grown as close to home as possible, helping us cut down on food miles and keep our menu full of quality local ingredients.

Our coffee comes from local roaster Heartland Coffee. It not only tastes incredible but is also sourced responsibly, with the long-term sustainability of farmers always in mind. We're proud to support sustainable coffee production.

Our meats come from Anglesey Fine Foods, a locally run business that shares our commitment to sustainability and animal welfare. They work with trusted Welsh suppliers, choosing livestock from approved farms on Anglesey and across North Wales.

Mermaid Seafoods are based in Llandudno and supply us with the freshest fish and seafood around. They're a family-run business that are committed to careful sourcing of produce and protecting local waters.
