What a busy month it has been at Notos! We’ve had two fantastic event nights, the May Bank Holiday, and a busy half-term week keeping us on our toes.
Big News – We Have a New Baker!
We’re delighted to welcome Shelly to the Notos team as our new full-time baker. She has already been creating some incredibly delicious treats for our customers to enjoy.
Take a look at these beautiful three-tier coffee, carrot, and lemon cakes, along with some of Shelly’s irresistible stuffed cookies.
Some other new bits at Notos include new caps, baby caps and dog bandanas as well as bags of granola and jars of our famous Rayu.

Food and drink specials have been flying out, Some of our food specials have included smacked cucumber salad with vegetable gyoza, and for drinks we had a Banoffee iced latte and a frezzo topped iced latte.
Event Nights
This month we hosted both Pancake Night and Seafood Night. Both takeaway events were incredibly busy, and we’d like to say a huge thank you to everyone who came along and supported us.
