Having made a switch to PerfectTed Matcha our Notos matcha’s have become more popular than ever! Some would say we are going to give BLANKSTREET a run for their money! Osh, our Head Barista has been creating some amazing new flavour combinations with it too! You can now enjoy it from the comfort of your home by buying a packet in store.

Shelly has been busy in the kitchen creating even more delicious bakes! Her new stuffed cookies have quickly become a customer favourite. They’re so scrumptious and definitely worth treating yourself to!
A Familiar Face Returns 👨🍳
Some of you may remember Denys, our Sous Chef, who left us in December to move down south. We’re delighted to share that Denys and his family have returned to Anglesey. Be sure to say hello when you see him!
Shop Update 🐚
We’ve also had a big HER Ceramics restock in the shop. There are so many beautiful new pieces to browse, but our current favourites have to be the driftwood trinket pot and the seashell dish.
With regular deliveries arriving, there’s always something new to peruse, making the shop the perfect place to find a thoughtful gift—or a little treat for yourself.
