Becky and George from Natural Distinction visited Huw at Pentrefelin to film some content about what they, as suppliers and farmers, are doing to be as kind to the planet as possible. We brought our milk delivery home to save Huw the drive, it was a squeeze!
Big Boss’s birthday
Becky celebrated her birthday this month; Kyle in the kitchen made her favourite Biscoff cheesecake. It was delicious as always!
Autumn drink specials and gluten-free cookies!
Gemma gave gluten-free bakes a go and it was a great success; these cookies flew out but will hopefully become a weekly thing so come give them a try.

We hosted another ramen night this month and it was a sellout.

Quiz and wings night, 21st November
This was a new event at Notos but we will definitely be doing it again. The cafe was full and everyone enjoyed the food, drinks, and a healthy bit of competition. We did forget to take pictures though.. Oops!
A trip to London for the whole team!
Becky took the core team to London for a night where we had a lovely dinner, played crazy golf and explored.
